  • During periods of low activity (November to April), you will join the composite workshop at the Vannes site or the Marmande site to produce small or large composite parts and tools using various processes, based on plans or instruction sheets.
  • For wind turbine blade maintenance work, you agree to travel long distances.

With a technical background (vocational baccalaureate, BTS, IUT), you have excellent manual skills (dexterity, precision, neatness) and ideally have training or initial experience in composites.

This mission requires:

  • ability to work at height on a suspended platform (not suitable for those prone to vertigo)

Composite training, BZEE certification, working at height certification, electrical certification and E licence are a significant advantage for this position but are not mandatory. Above all, we are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals who are able to learn quickly and work independently.

If you are attracted to the renewable energy sector and want to join a company on a human scale that listens to its teams, we offer you the means to perform well through a personalised training programme and opportunities for rapid advancement (team leader) for those who have the desire and the right attitude.

Attractive and secure remuneration plus allowances for long-distance travel.
